Max: Queen. Freddy Mercury is STILL one of the most incredible vocalists ever.
Arq: Neil Peart for technical ability, but tons of guys especially in rock. Darren King for example - he was the drummer for Mute Math. I could go on for hours.
Scott: Yeah, don’t let him go on for hours, trust me. I discovered the original punk rock movement when I was a teenager. That’s what really influenced me, but I eventually realized it wasn’t something I could recreate in the 2030’s, you know? Social climate is totally different. I loved the emotion, the rawness.
Izzy: The complete lack of musical ability… Dude it’s true, it was kinda part of it.
Me, I think my guitar teacher was my biggest influence. She was awesome. She introduced me to the incredible diversity of music, including rock music. Also she taught me about really trying to express myself and not just trying to be cool with it.

Max: I’d probably put most of it in savings or something while I thought aboout what to do.
Arq: New drumset, or at least upgrade some hardware. And/or go someplace I’ve never been.
Scott: Go to Australia. What? I would! Have a good time, come home.
Izzy: Get a motorcycle. I can get a used one for that I think.

Max: Why is that a stupid question? Although (breaking the 4th wall here so to speak) by the time our story rolls around she would be about 70 or 80. But looking back on her as you see her - meh. She kinda scares me.
Arq: Never really been into the whole big singer/dancer schtick. Don’t mind looking at her though.
Scott: She’s cute in a totally theatrical way, I guess. Don’t care for her music.
Izzy: Yeah, I’d do her.

Izzy: It’s not spam if it’s questions about me! XD I wear longer sleeved stuff if it’s cold out and I’m not going to play guitar until after I can change.
Max: It has to be damn cold before he won’t show off his lily white arms.
Izzy: Better lily-white than stick thin!

Arq: I’ve dated a few girls, but mostly nothing serious. One or two started to get a little serious, but sooner or later something happens. I don’t get the right present or I forget the whatever month anniversary, there’s furniture thrown at me… yeah.
Scott: Dated around. I wanted to date my best friend but she didn’t really see me like that. I avoid getting too serious.
Max: I had a couple of girlfriends and then the one girl I got engaged to. Yeah that didn’t work out.
Izzy: I have had one serious girlfriend and I dated a guy for short while.

Max: I think we are all American Mutts of the highest caliber, so chances are there’s Irish in there somewhere for all of us, though I suspect Arq is 100% Skandi. I mean, he looks like a viking. We’ll be dressing in green and drinking loads of booze regardless. I think the only difference is that this holiday we will ALL be wearing green and not just Scott.
Scott: I dunno, I always liked it. Used to have a real mohawk, then got lazy. I don’t wanna go totally bald since my hairline is staying put, so I compromised. Nice and easy.

Arq: After we got Max out of his shock of having money, we played a gig at a bar that was doing an “I hate Valentine’s Day” ladies’ night.
Max: I was a little concerned that the ladies would be in man-hater mode, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Scott: Yeah, how many bras hit you in the face that night?
Max: Ask Izzy, he took ‘em all home.
Scott: The chick you took home didn’t mind?
Izzy: Stuffed ‘em in my guitar case.
Arq: Yeah, then we drank a lot of beer, met a lot of nice girls, got a few phone numbers…
Izzy: Got no sleep…
Max: I think they get the idea.

Arq: Hm, well I like browns and grays. Favorite animal? I think bears are my favorite. They’re big, strong, and mostly pretty chill unless you piss them off.
Scott: I dunno, if you haven’t guessed already, I’m partial to green. I like lemurs ‘cause they crack me up.
Max: I like blue in general, but it’s not the only color I’d wear or anything. Wow, I don’t know that I have a favorite animal, but I will say that elephants are probably smarter then my bandmates.
Izzy: Red. I dig red. I don’t know much about animals, really, but I gotta say monkeys are awesome. The little spider monkey guys especially.
